	Carla has studied at the Faux Filled Dreams school of Decorative Arts, Artworks! Spokane, and at the SALI Convention in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008. She has been lucky enough to have instruction from many nationally renowned faux and mural artists. Carla was invited to help paint on the Mural in a Day in Toppenish, WA in 2008, 2003, and 2002. Carla also helped organize the Education department at the Fred Oldfield Western Heritage Center, www.fredoldfieldcenter.org, where art classes are offered to children of all ages and skills. Every summer she helps teach a mural camp at the Center. Carla has donated to the American Heart Association, The Patrons of Cystic Fibrosis, The Vision House, Sumner Middle School, Mt View Cooperative Pre-school, The Puyallup Rotary, The Fred Oldfield Western Heritage Center, and various other charities.
